PassPrim is a web portal that allows parents to register their child(ren) for secondary school based on three program preferences, and school administrators to analyze parents' requests and make decisions regarding the acceptance or rejection of one or more of the parents' three program preferences.

This portal essentially comprises five modules:

• Online registration form;
• Notifications: Confirmation and follow-up emails;
• Authentication;
• Consultation and processing of data by school administrators;
• Application management, history, and data backup.
